Ester has more than 25 years of experience in the Animal Nutrition business, from very different angles: from academia as lecturer at Univ of Vic (Spain) to practice as nutritionist and technical director of feedmills at a Spanish swine integration. From there she moved to applied Research and Consultancy at Schothorst Feed Research (The Netherlands) and later to innovation in feed processing at Buhler AG (Switzerland) and on product development of phytogenic feed addivities in Delacon Biotechnik (Austria) o. Before joining IFF, she was Global Nutrition & Formulation Manager at Trouw Nutrition (Nutreco) overseeing innovation portfolio on feed ingredients and technologies and leading formulation globally.
