My name is Sarah Rubio, I am from Honduras, and I am currently a graduate student persuing a Master´s in Animal Science at North Carolina State University. My motivation as an agricultural engineer is to diversify my skills, bridging the gap between crop and animal production to meet the industry demands and farm management. My main focus lies in swine nutrition, and I wish to amplify my knowledge as a research scholar during my time here.
