Ying Chen is currently a Senior Application development and technical service manager at Eastman Chemical Company. In this role she works as technical leader for new product and application development in Animal Nutrition Business Union since 2017. Prior to joining Eastman, Ying earned her B.A and M.S. in Animal Science in China. She then went on to earn her Ph.D. in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech university. Her training backgrounds focus on monogastric animal nutrition, nutritional physiology, and feed sciences.
