Hayford Manu, Phd is a swine nutritionist and management professional who recently graduated from University of Minnesota. He is current a Post Doctoral Research Associate at Southern Research and Outreach Center, University of Minnesota, Waseca, MN, USA. His research in the past was focused on the use of enzymes, seaweed, and probiotics in swine nutrition as alternate to in feed antimicrobials.
