Dr. Balachandar Jayaraman, PhD is currently working as Technical Service Manager, Evonik (SEA) Pte. Ltd., Singapore. After graduating Veterinary Science from India, he did his Master's in Animal Science at Nova Scotia Agricultural College, Canada, and Doctorate in Animal Science at University of Manitioba, Canada. His PhD thesis work was titled, "Evaluation of standardized ileal digestible threonine to lysine ratio and trptophan to lysine ratio in weaned pigs fed antibiotic-free diets and subjected to immune challenge". Dr. Jayaraman's passion is to explore and develop nutritional strategies for sustainability and welfare of pigs and poultry industry.
